Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

This policy explains what Sammie Conley, a sole proprietor trading as Profile Foreman collects when you use this site, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

  • Details you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, and billing details when you buy a plan or contact us.
  • Payment information. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout, not on this site. We never see or store your full card number. We receive a record of the transaction, the last four digits, and the card brand.
  • Usage data. Your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and which pages you viewed. This is collected automatically.
  • Advertising data. If you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, the Meta Pixel on this site records that you visited and whether you clicked through to checkout.

2. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

This site runs the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It sets cookies and reports back to Meta when you view this page and when you click a checkout button. We use it to measure whether our ads work and to show ads to people who have visited.

You can limit this:

  • Adjust your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
  • Opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info.
  • Block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser’s Global Privacy Control setting.

Stripe also sets cookies on its checkout pages to detect fraud. That is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.

3. Why we use it

  • To take payment and deliver the service you bought.
  • To contact you about your account, onboarding, and the work.
  • To measure and improve our advertising.
  • To keep records we are required to keep, and to prevent fraud.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us operate:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, via the pixel described above.
  • Google — to the extent we manage your Business Profile using access you grant us.
  • Our email and hosting providers, and professional advisers where legally necessary.

5. How long we keep it

We keep customer and transaction records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing and analytics data is kept for a shorter period. You can ask us to delete what is not legally required.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, email sam@ldbsemail.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published here, with the date shown at the top.
