Terms of Service

These terms cover the Google Business Profile management service sold on this site by Sammie Conley, a sole proprietor trading as Profile Foreman (“we”, “us”). By purchasing a plan you agree to them.

1. What the service is

We manage your Google Business Profile on an ongoing basis. That includes reviewing and correcting your business information, publishing profile updates, managing photos, rotating a current offer, and drafting replies to reviews. The exact inclusions are listed on our home page and may be adjusted over time as Google changes what a profile supports.

We work as a manager on your profile. You remain the owner of the profile and of the Google account it sits under, and you can remove our access at any time.

2. What the service is not

  • We do not build or rebuild websites.
  • We do not run or manage advertising budgets.
  • We do not manage social media platforms generally.
  • We do not write, buy, incentivise, or otherwise manufacture customer reviews. We draft replies to reviews your real customers leave.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, map-pack position, call volume, lead volume, or revenue outcome. Google’s local results depend on relevance, distance, prominence, and factors outside anyone’s control, and Google changes how they work without notice. What we commit to is doing the work described in section 1 on a regular cadence. Any figures, examples, or sample profiles shown on this site are illustrative and are not a promise of results.

4. Plans, fees, and billing

The 3, 6, and 12-month plans are paid up front, in full, for the whole term. They are not billed monthly. The per-month figures shown on the pricing section are only what the term price works out to per month.

  • 3-month plan — $1,491 charged at purchase, covering 3 months.
  • 6-month plan — $2,682 charged at purchase, covering 6 months.
  • 12-month plan — $4,764 charged at purchase, covering 12 months.
  • Month to month — $597 per month, plus a one-time $197 setup fee on your first payment. Billed every month.

The $197 setup fee is waived on the 3, 6, and 12-month plans. We may occasionally waive it on a month-to-month plan as a promotional offer. Prices may change for future terms; we will tell you before a renewal at a new price.

5. Automatic renewal

All plans renew automatically until cancelled. A term plan renews for another term of the same length at the same price — a 3-month plan re-bills $1,491 every 3 months, a 6-month plan re-bills $2,682 every 6 months, and a 12-month plan re-bills $4,764 every 12 months. A month-to-month plan re-bills $597 every month.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time by emailing sam@ldbsemail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for.

  • Cancel before your renewal date and you will not be billed again. Your service continues until the end of the current paid term, then stops.
  • We do not prorate and we do not refund part of a term. If you cancel in the middle of a term you have paid for, you keep the service for the remainder of that term but do not receive a partial refund.
  • The setup fee is non-refundable once the setup work has begun.

If we have not begun work and you cancel within a reasonable period of purchase, contact us — we will deal with it fairly.

7. What we need from you

The service depends on your cooperation. You agree to grant us manager access to your Google Business Profile, to provide accurate business information, and to respond to reasonable requests for photos, offers, or approvals. If we cannot get access or the information we need, we cannot perform the service, and that does not entitle you to a refund of a paid term.

You confirm that you are authorised to grant access to the profile and that the information you give us is accurate and not misleading.

8. Third-party platforms

The service depends on Google Business Profile, which is operated by Google and governed by Google’s own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Google. If Google suspends, restricts, or removes your profile for reasons outside our control, we will help you work through it, but we are not liable for the outcome. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms.

9. Ownership

You own your business information, your photos, and your Google Business Profile. You grant us permission to use and edit those materials for the purpose of performing the service. We own the systems, templates, and processes we use to deliver it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data.

11. Ending the agreement from our side

We may end the agreement if you do not pay, if you ask us to do something that breaks Google’s policies or the law, or if the working relationship becomes unworkable. If we end it for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of your current term.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you purchase or renew. Material changes will be communicated before your next renewal.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
